Zoe Lyon-Gifford

Zoe specialises in belonging, inclusion, and wellbeing at work, and is fascinated by exploring different ways to foster belonging for everyone. She currently works as the Inclusion and Diversity Partnership Manager for Waihanga Ara Rau, is the founder of 'Belonging Club', and runs a small consultancy called 'AllHuman' in her "spare" time. She has held various governance roles, including the Auckland District Health Board, The Waitakere Education Trust, and RockEnrol, and is passionately Tāngata Tiriti and supporting people and planet before profit.
