Tim has lived experience of the challenges associated with recovery from trauma and understands the opportunities for personal growth. His passion for helping others on their journey to wellbeing comes from the struggle he had with poor mental health resulting from PTSD, and lessons learnt along the way.
His journey has taught him how interconnected all elements of wellbeing are and how positive wellbeing takes daily practice. Tim is passionate about people, health and overall wellbeing. He’s also a champion of positive change for workplace culture and employee care.
