Safe is based in Ōtautahi, and a founder of The Third Line, a social impact consultancy focused on supporting purpose-driven organisations to build capacity and systemise their impact management informed by their stakeholders, strengthen community values and bring forward marginalised voices.

Safe’s professional journey has been devoted to leveraging finance and impact management to support purpose-driven organisations to optimise their impact, breaking down power dynamics and create a more equitable and sustainable society. With over 3.5 years of experience in impact investment and social sectors in the UK and Aotearoa, and 7 years as a chartered accountant and a business advisor, he brings a unique perspective to the table.

Safe is committed partnering with leaders and changemakers to catalysing impact conversations that inspire innovation, amplify marginalised voices and foster connections between funders and beneficiaries. His expertise encompasses international impact management frameworks implementation, including the SDGs Impact Standards, BCorp, the Principles of Social Value and SROI methodology, which he aims to leverage to support purpose-driven organisations’ impact management practices.
